I'm about halfway through Dave Cullen's new book on Columbine (titled "Columbine;" don't know where he got that from). It's really, really eye-opening. Not only are the descriptions of the events of that day meticulously documented and laid out, it really illustrates how wrong the initial (and enduring) narratives about the killers really were.
Anyone else read it?

I'm 100 pages in. Minute-by-minute neutrally written highly detailed account of everything related to the community, the victims, the first responders and the killers. This thing is every bit as fucking painful as it should be. Incredible.

i'm 25 pages in and already my impressions of these 2 are completely reshaped. i mean i still think they are jerks, but not the lonely bullied jerks that they were made out to be.
