Scatterbrain

or get it at

"On Scatterbrain, McIntire addresses the ups and downs of a working comic's life. The bulk of the album is all laughs -- solid material on everything from having kids to the war on terror, killer stuff from one of Boston's most reliable comedy veterans -- but it's the bonus track, the one labeled "Nagasaki," that's getting the most attention. The nearly half-hour track is nothing short of a complete hell gig..."

Nick Zaino
The Boston Globe

"If Tim set out to reveal more about himself and be vulnerable on his new CD, Scatterbrain, he succeeded. He pulls off the delicate trick of turning inward without losing his persona. He is still The Reverend. Now, rather than pointing the finger at others, he's pointing it at himself. Instead of looking at obscure news stories and making them universal, he takes something universal, the birth of a child, and makes it his...It's smart and fearless. Mr. Hicks, this is Mr. Cosby."

This Is For The Record

I currently have exactly 666 MySpace friends, and I'm not about to add any new ones. Don't take this personally, but I can't imagine anyone out there cool enough to justify wrecking that number. Rose McGowan, maybe, and even then I'd boot someone to keep the number intact (crappy techno band from Nebraska with stupid name but hot lead singer, I'm looking in your direction).

EDIT: Okay, I held out a whole week before I found a band I liked so much, I had to friend 'em and wreck the coolness.

Mollies of MySpace

I don't know about the rest of you, but lately I've been getting about a million "friend" requests on MySpace from people who end up spamming my comments with some dumb ad for a MySpace map. You go to check their profile, and they always have only one picture and they always have a slick layout. I'm not sure if they're spam for the layouts or for the map, but it's fucking obnoxious.

So I've started leaving comments for my new "friends" that keep me entertained, if nothing else.

Check this one out - you may have to scroll down to find mine.

EDIT: the link may not work. Here's what it says:

Molly, Look. It's over between us. I meant it then and I mean it now. Of course the sex was incredible...I mean, I never had anyone do that with their thumb before. But it takes more than marathon sex to make a real relationship. It takes love, and at the end of the day, I could just never love a woman who donates money to the American Nazi Party. So please, just leave me alone. The restraining order was quite clear on this point.
